For the 2 materials with Displacement map, you gotta have the object/mesh inside a hyper nurb (make sure you do this or the displacement wont work)

(the displacement map`s Height must be edited to make sure it fits your need cause that 50m wont work if your object is too large or small... so you gotta adjust it manually
